If you have been feeling a little overwhelmed by what life has been throwing at you in recent years you are definitely not alone. Join wellness experts, Michelle Irving & Lorien Holiday, for this exciting and interactive evening.

In this pocket masterclass you will learn some wonderfully practical bite sized tools and skills to help you manage feelings of stress, worry, and overwhelm based on The Five Pillars of Wellbeing, foundations for mental and physical wellness which we can all influence. The Five Pillars of Wellbeing model focuses on five foundations which heavily influence our mental and physical wellbeing that we all have the power to influence and improve. The Five Pillars that we will explore together are, Nutrition, Emotional Resilience, Physical Activity, Breathwork & Sleep.

Through understanding how these areas impact our lives and learning simple and effective strategies to make practical adjustments we can take better control and reduce our feelings of stress, worry, and overwhelm.

There will be healthy meals and drinks included.
