I get asked so often what happens at the initial consultation. It can feel like Pandora’s Box - scary and not sure what will come pouring out.
I will give you the safe space you need as you share your story with me. I will listen without judgement or criticism. We will chat about how I can help you take the action steps you need to let go of the pain and to feel happiness again.
