Halloween Biscuit Decorating

Come join us for our Halloween themed event in collaboration with Biscuits by Sarah B

Spooky Decorating Class

This fun class will start with a demonstration from expert biscuit decorator, Sarah B whilst you enjoy homemade cake, a drink and ask questions. You will then use your own royal icing bag to try different piping skills.

Using pre-mixed and coloured royal icing, you will then outline and flood (this will make sense!) 5 pre-baked biscuits and learn how to add simple details, using different techniques. You will have access to professional equipment, such as dehydrators to speed up the drying process.

Everything is provided for this class, including the pre-baked biscuits (ghost, pumpkin, cauldron, coffin and spider's web), royal icing, sprinkles and a pizza-style box to carry them home in.

Hi, I'm Sarah B (aka the Biscuit Lady) and I love designing, baking and decorating biscuits for your special occasion. From birthdays to weddings, I can create beautiful biscuits to suit your chosen theme. I am so pleased to have the support of family and friends which has meant I have been able to run my biscuit business for 6 1/2 years.

I work from my new Cookie Shack at the top of my garden which we converted between Lockdowns 1 and 2! I now have my own space with a double oven, bakers rack and hundreds of cookie cutters! Most of my orders are collected from my home which is 5 minutes walk from Pokesdown Train Station and I can also post out most of my designs. As well as bespoke biscuits, I also offer classes and parties to children and adults and over the past 18 months, my DIY Cookie Decorating Kits have been a real hit!
