About the Event

Lorien Holiday, Mindfulness Teacher and Personal Growth Coach, welcomes you to an evening in which we will explore the topic of mindfulness.Mindfulness is a term you have doubtlessly heard and it has become increasingly synonymous with mental wellbeing in the work place and in private life.

But what exactly is mindfulness? Do you really need it? And how do you make it really work within a hectic life? Can you really find the time to meditate each day?

These are some of the questions we will explore in this exciting evening which will also introduce some of the simplest approaches to mindfulness which you can adopt immediately if you wish to.

The evening will consist of a 60 minute, interactive presentation in which the principles of mindfulness will be introduced to you and the benefits of considering it as a tool for day to day living. At the end of the session there will be the opportunity of 30 minutes open time available for any Q&A or for further practice if you wish.

Price: £15pp

About Lorien Holiday: 

My name is Lorien Holiday and I am a health and wellness professional.

I have spent the past 5 years focused on simple but effective strategies for improving our health and wellbeing, physically, mentally & emotionally.

We are in a period of history in which we are living longer than ever so it is more important than ever that we invest in our wellbeing, physically and emotionally to ensure that we are able to make the very best of all the time that we have, for our personal benefit and also for the benefit of those we love and care about.

I offer a range of coaching strategies to help you move forward with the challenges in your life that you most want to work with and specialise in helping people starting from the very first steps of their personal journey to wellbeing and a freer self. Alongside my private practice I am part of the team of wellbeing experts at the award winning Healthful Mind Clinic in Wimborne.
