Massage Taster Session

Been daydreaming of a much needed massage and moment away from your busy life? Dawn Holland is a licenced beauty therapist with 21 years experience running her own beauty salon. Just a few years ago she realised that her true passion was with holistic therapies and massage, as she saw the real world effects these incredible treatments had on her clients. 

Dawn will be giving 30 minute 1-2-1 private timeslots to include a 20 minute massage taster as well as an informal chat about what treatments she offers that would benefit you. These three massage therapies are more unusual and you may not have ever heard of any of them which is why these tasters would be beneficial. You can choose one from the list below on the day and the room upstairs will be warm, private and confidential.

• The Bowen Technique 

Dawn's specialty, the Bowen Technique is a gentle treatment working on the fascia to help realign the body. This therapy is incredibly relaxing and extremely beneficial to the body.

• Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is a rhythmic massage from the shores of Hawaii, and is deeply soothing for the mind and body.

• African Rungu

Using the rungu stick, African Rungu gives a deeper massage for those who may need it with little discomfort to the recipient.

Tickets are just £15 for a 30 minute time slot and include a 30 minute session a drink and a slice of cake.
