Menopause Cafe Evening

Whether you've already gone through it, are currently struggling or even if you've experienced your first hot flush and want to be prepared for what's to come, we'd love to be able to support you at our Menopause Cafe.

After the successful launch of our first Menopause Cafe event last year, we have officially made it a recurring bi-monthly event! We are limiting numbers to 20 so please RSVP if you would like to come.

This event should entail an open and honest conversation amongst women who can relate to each other and offer support and advice, lead by our host, Jackie. We will have a speaker for this event, which will be announced. As well as this, the coffee shop will be serving an array of alcohol, delicious hot drinks and cakes at a cost.

Please note, this is a free event so a food or drink purchase on the night would be appreciated.
