National day of Reflection - Pop Up Life After Loss Cafe

This day will be one across the UK, and is a very special Life after Loss Cafe in recognition of the National Day of Reflection.  time to remember our loved ones who have died, a time to share happy memories, a time to support family and friends who are grieving. Let's share our compassion, love and active support so that no one has to gireve alone.

We all experience grief & loss at some point in our life and sadly grief is something that we can still find so hard to talk about. You do not have to feel alone. Come and join Jill Atree, Grief and Loss Specialist,  as she hosts her Life After Loss pop up cafe at Club Hub Poole. This is a free event where you can come along to a welcoming, safe space and meet like minded people who 'get it'. Taking that first step can be so daunting but sometimes a coffee and cake with someone can lift that huge weight we carry around and also reduce the loneliness we feel.
