About the Event
Are you journeying through menopause? It can be a tough time for those on their personal journey, it can also be a transition to a better time in your life but of course support is needed, even if its just sharing or listening to others.
Pause4support Poole will be our name so please join us for an amazing evening of support and connection run by Michelle Vaughton. This event will be the first at St Marys Road, after we moved premises, so please come and join us for a new start with a new leader.
