Restorative Rock Painting

Having an active lifestyle with physical activity and a creative outlet is important at any age.  Rock painting is a great way to be mindful, tune into your inner creativity and have some fun!

During this session, which is designed for complete beginners, you'll explore the health and wellness benefits of rock painting and you'll produce your very own masterpiece. You can keep your rock as a gift to yourself or you can spread kindness in your community by leaving your rock for a stranger to find. 

This session is for adults and children over 12 years (children must be accompanied by an adult).  Everything you need is included, just bring yourself and be prepared to have some fun!
